Buyer and seller Please read carefully terms and conditions of MAPP before the deal on MAPP.

Terms and Conditions for Buyer :

• Quoted price will be Ex. Factory/ warehouse of seller.
• Octroi or any other Taxes, govt. charges will be on buyers account.
• Buyer has recommended for transit insurance.
• Buyer should check the temperature, quality, quantity of product before unloading the product.
• If buyer has any complaint about temperature, quality, quantity he should produce proof for complaints
  (photos, driver signature, sample etc.).
• Cancelation charges @ 5% of order value.
• Product will dispatch only after adherence payment terms.

Terms and Conditions for seller:

• Seller should show the actual product to representative person of MAPP for quality assurance.
• Seller should allow the inspection of MAPP to inspect its produce & factory.
• Buyer’s feedback/reviews will be highlighted on the website of MAPP. The seller cannot raise objection to the views of buyer.
• Dala / warai charges more than from 1000 will be on buyers or Transporter account.
